Booking Policy

Please find below terms and conditions –

1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in advance, either in person, by phone, text massage, email or through the online booking system.

2. Cancellation Policy: Victoria requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Late Arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to accommodate the next client’s appointment.

4. Health and Medical Conditions: Please inform Victoria of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before your treatment to ensure your safety and the best possible experience.

5. Patch Tests: For certain treatments, such as eyelash and eyebrow tinting, patch tests may be required at least 24 hours before your appointment. This is to identify potential allergies or adverse reactions.

6. Payment: Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Victoria accepts cash and major credit/debit cards.

7. Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of booking. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have an expiration date.

8. Minors: Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and may have limited access to certain treatments.

9. Refunds: Victoria does not offer refunds on services provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please inform Victoria within 48 hours, and she will do her best to rectify the situation.

10. Privacy: Victoria respects your privacy and will only use your personal information for appointment scheduling and salon-related communications. Victoria does not share your information with third parties.

Missed Appointment Policy:

1. Appointment Confirmation: When you book an appointment with Victoria, you will receive a confirmation notification via your preferred contact method, such as email or SMS. It is your responsibility to ensure you have received and reviewed this confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy: Victoria understands that circumstances can change, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Victoria kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.

3. Failure to Attend: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, it is considered a “no-show.”

4. No-Show Charges: A “no-show” will result in a charge being applied to your account. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the missed appointment and the time reserved for you.

5. Rebooking: To rebook after a “no-show,” you will be required to pay the missed appointment fee before scheduling a new appointment. If you have prepaid for the service, the fee will be deducted from your prepayment.

6. Repeated No-Shows: Repeated instances of “no-shows” may result in limitations or restrictions on your ability to book future appointments with Victoria. 

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can arise. In such cases, please contact us Victoria soon as possible to explain your situation, and Victoria will do her best to accommodate you.

Victoria’s Right to Cancel Appointments:

1. Unforeseen and Personal Circumstances: Please be aware that in rare and unforeseen circumstances, Victoria, reserves the right to cancel appointments. These circumstances may include but are not limited to personal emergencies, sudden illness, or other unexpected events.

2. Notification: In the event that Victoria needs to cancel your appointment due to such circumstances, she will make every effort to provide you with as much notice as possible. We understand that your time is valuable, and Victoria apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.

3. Rescheduling: Whenever possible, Victoria will work with you to reschedule your appointment to a convenient date and time.
